 Xenia Ohio is known as the "City of Hospitality". The name Xenia is derived for the Greek word for hospitality. It is the county seat of Greene County. It is a family community with parks, recreation, festivals and is home to Green Memorial Hospital. It is located southeast of Dayton in the middle of what is called the "transportation triangle" - formed by Interstates 75, 70 and 71. This offers easy access to 3 major metro areas (Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus) while still retaining that small Midwestern town feel.


HOMES and REAL ESTATE

Whatever type of Real Estate you're looking for, Xenia likely has it. There are new subdivisions, a historical district and many nice and reasonably priced established neighborhoods. RECREATION

Xenia Ohio is definitely a great place to "play". There is Shawnee Park - a site for concerts, festivals and fishing. Xenia residents are proud of their biking and hiking trails - with the Xenia Bike Hub being selected the "Midwest's Best Trail". Xenia also has the unique outdoor drama and performance theatre - The Blue Jacket.
