 There are many choices when it comes to finding that right mortgage.

Do you want to put money down, if not have you heard of 80/20 loans?

If you have money to put down can you put down 5%, 10% or the desired 20%?

How is your credit?  Poor, Fair, Good, Excellent?

Do you know your FICO score?

Check out my links to the right.  The mortgage calculator is one I found on a bank home page.  I like it because it normally gives a "worst case" scenario for what your payment will be, how much you can afford and so forth.
